Job Description
Supervise and coordinate daily renovation works at project sites (HDB, Condo, Commercial)
Monitor work progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards
Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site
Conduct site measurements and inspection of works
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace safety requirements
Liaise with clients, designers, and project manager on site matters and progress updates
Handle on-site problem solving and troubleshooting
Prepare daily progress reports and material requisition
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Renovation Supervisor in Singapore renovation industry
Knowledge of renovation works, construction methods, and material
Able to read floor plans and technical drawings
Good leadership and communication skills to manage workers
Safety-conscious and responsible
Able to work at different project locations in SingaporeSingaporean / PR preferred
