Role Description

The Management Intern will support various business and operational functions within AIA Singapore in a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with data collection and analysis, preparing management reports and presentations, and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects.

The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in meetings, and help coordinate administrative and project-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in teams and present information clearly.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation tools) and comfort with digital tools.
• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
• Interest in the insurance or financial services industry; prior internship experience in related fields is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and alignment with AIA Singapore’s values and operating philosophy.
