Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly account closing.
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
Assist with GST submissions and other accounting-related matters, where applicable.
Administrative Duties
Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
Handle filing, data entry, and document management.
Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Assist with office supplies, records, and other administrative tasks.
Provide general support to management and other departments as required.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent.
At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with accounting software will be an advantage.
Meticulous, responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
