BVLGARI is looking for an energetic and highly driven Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team here in Singapore.

Job Purpose

Collaborate closely with regional leadership to support our Maison’s broader strategic and execution goals in all channels. Ensuring global VM standards are implemented while being locally relevant, commercially effective, and operationally flawless.

Job responsibilities

• Execute in-store displays, window installations, product zoning.
• Bi-monthly store visits to ensure the stores are refreshed throughout the different commercial channels.
• Access the VM maintenance on product presentation, display quality, storytelling and props conditions are compliant with VM standards.
• Be the VM point of contact on seasonal window launch coordination with vendors and store teams
• Provide VM support & reports for New Launches, New store openings, Special Animations, Seasonal Windows, HE moments and High Jewelry Events.
• Ability to manage multiple VM projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with marketing on local activations, with retail on store priorities and with logistics on deliveries
• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills to support local business needs, instore activations and Ad Hoc situations.
• Manage inventory, storage, reuse, and condition of VM assets, props, and display tools.
  
  

Profile

• Min 5 years of relevant working experience in Retail/Visual Merchandising
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Understand luxury environment
• Knowledge of supply chain and IT applications
