Responsibilities
Salary range: $3,000 to $6000
M&E, Construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works for construction projects.
Plan, coordinate and supervise M&E installation, testing and commissioning works.
Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and clients to resolve technical issues.
Monitor project progress, schedules, costs and manpower allocation.
Review M&E drawings, technical submissions and method statements.
Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality meets project standards.
Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of works.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
With several years of M&E, project management experience
Experience managing and coordinating M&E works for building or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of M&E systems, installation, testing and commissioning.
