Air Freight & Logistics Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange air freight bookings and coordinate shipment schedules.
• Arrange transportation for cargo pickup and delivery.
• Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customers.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain air shipment documents and operational records.
• Perform data entry and general administrative duties.
• Issue and checking freight charges, invoices, and related documents.
• Assist with following up on outstanding customer payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in air shipment operations is preferred.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates proficient in all three languages will have an advantage.
• Familiar with air freight booking procedures and shipment documentation.
• Able to handle booking changes, shipment delays, document discrepancies, and other operational issues.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
