Amethyst Partners Hiring! Full Time Senior Associate, AML-CFT, Compliance Asset Management in - Ricebowl

Our client is an international service provider that they provide a wide range of services such as regulatory compliance advisory services to their clients. Their clients are mainly in the financial services industry including asset management such as hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital, payment solutions etc. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an AML/CFT specialist and the position is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage client portfolios to provide AML services to them
• Manage end-to-end AML/KYC processes, including customer due diligence, risk assessments, enhanced due diligence, and periodic reviews for corporate and individual clients
• Evaluate client and investor profiles, including verification of source of wealth and source of funds
• Assess AML/CFT risks related to clients, investors, transactions etc
• Conduct compliance screening and due diligence checks to identify potential sanctions, PEP, and adverse media risks.
• Investigate potential red flags and escalate suspicious transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing AML/CFT policies and procedures
• Maintain client due diligence records and documents
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and provide AML training

Key requirements

• At least 2-6 years of regulatory compliance experience in AML/CFT/ KYC
• Financial services industry such as asset/fund management industry exposure is preferred
• Strong knowledge in AML/CFT/KYC and regulatory requirements
• Solid experience in conducting CDD/EDD etc
• Good client servicing and communication skills
• Motivated, meticulous, team-player
