Our client is a leading prefabricated modular data center infrastructure provider with more than 20 years of experience, specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, and delivery of modular data center solutions for AI, cloud, and hyperscale data centers worldwide. Backed by a professional team of over 1,000 employees and advanced manufacturing facilities in Shanghai and Malaysia, our client has built end-to-end capabilities spanning R&D, manufacturing, engineering execution, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end management of projects across Southeast Asia, including tender support, detailed engineering design, procurement initiation (equipment, materials, and subcontractors), construction planning and execution, cost control, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management, project scheduling, quality assurance and documentation, installation, testing and commissioning, client handover and acceptance, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure projects achieve their safety, quality, schedule, and profitability targets.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, Project Management Consultants (PMC), and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Lead the recruitment, development, and performance evaluation of project teams to ensure effective project delivery.
• Conduct regular project reviews, document lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance future project performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP project management within the data centre industry, with strong knowledge of critical infrastructure systems, including Diesel Generators, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, and Chiller Systems.
• Strong technical knowledge, vendor coordination skills, and ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues effectively.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Prior experience in overseas or international projects will be an added advantage.
