As our Production Planner, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the right products are produced at the right time, in the right quantities, while maintaining the highest quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage efficient production schedules
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, and Production teams
- Monitor raw material requirements and inventory levels
- Support purchasing and supply planning activities
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and scheduling challenges
- Analyse production data and recommend process improvements
- Support production scaling initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, and SFA requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- Experience in manufacturing, production planning, operations, or food production is advantageous
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Team player who enjoys collaborating across departments
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for continuous improvement
