Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Opportunities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the CMP polishing market.

• Support strategic initiatives, including Technical Engagement Meetings (TEM), to strengthen the company's technical presence across Southeast Asia.

Customer Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their technical and operational needs.

• Present tailored technical solutions and proposals that demonstrate clear value.

• Provide independent on-site customer support and ensure effective engagement throughout technical evaluations.

Technical Collaboration

• Work closely with R&D, MSE and Business Unit teams to translate customer requirements into optimised solutions.

• Gather and communicate customer feedback from product evaluations to support product improvements.

Technical Proposals & Qualification

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical proposals.

• Facilitate and support on-site customer product evaluations and qualification activities.

• Ensure successful integration of products into customers' semiconductor manufacturing processes.
