Let’s Work Together

• Manage and supervise renovation, fit-out, and furniture production project

• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams

• Responsible for design, guideline, reviewing project drawings, specifications, measurements, guideline, material requirements, schedule and production timelines

• Monitor renovation works such as carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing and finishing works

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, quotations and work progress reports

• Ad-hoc projects as assigned

We Are Looking For

• Higher diploma holder or above in architecture, construction, interior design and any related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related fields such as design, interior, fit-out, renovation or furniture manufacturing. Strong experience in design and renovation projects is preferred

• Ability to read drawings, guidelines, layouts and technical specifications

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability, attention to detail and quality control

• Good communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, creative, energetic and good team player

• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustration, AutoCAD, rendering software

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
