The Client is the world leading semiconductor company from US in Singapore. We are hiring below recruitment roles:
Employment Type: 12 months Contract (Renewable)
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Regular Office Hours
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced recruiter with both in-house corporate and recruitment agency experience. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and proactively source, engage, and attract suitable talent.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers and onboarding coordination.
Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Identify, assess and present qualified candidates for roles at various levels.
Provide market insights and recruitment advice to hiring stakeholders.
Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and internal teams.
Prepare offer proposals and support offer negotiations.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and follow applicable regulations and company policies.
Track recruitment metrics and conduct market mapping to support hiring decisions.
Support recruitment events, employer branding and talent engagement activities.
Promote inclusive hiring practices, mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
At least 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a high-tech or manufacturing environment.
Experience managing recruitment across different job levels and functions.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
Ability to use recruitment data and market intelligence to guide hiring decisions.
Knowledge of Singapore employment and hiring regulations.
Experience in campus recruitment, employer branding or talent pipelining.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, organisational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
