Senior Design Manager / Design Manager

• Degree / High Diploma or above in architecture / engineering disciplines

• Over 12 years’ experience in facade / curtain wall design and fabrication, at least 5 years in supervisory / managerial level

• Strong leadership, management, and critical thinking skills

• Capable for schedule control

• Keen sense on shop drawing analysis and arrangements

• Capable for effective communications

• Great skill for hand sketches for design illustrations

• Good sense of work delegation and monitoring

• Experience on MS Project

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD for guiding effective cad application

• Valuable experience on site construction problems

• Sensitive to design changes and contractual claim

• Applicants with less experience will consider for the post of Design Manager
