Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable, energetic and confident in front of the camera.

Friendly, engaging and able to interact naturally with viewers.

Comfortable speaking continuously and keeping the audience engaged.

Able to explain and promote products clearly.

Willing to work according to assigned live streaming schedules, including evenings/weekends when required.

Basic knowledge of TikTok and TikTok Live features.

Previous experience as a TikTok Live Host / Sales Host / Content Creator is an advantage, but fresh candidates with the right personality are welcome.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur or IOI City Mall, Putrajaya, depending on assigned location.

Host and conduct regular TikTok Live sessions.

Introduce, demonstrate and promote company products during live sessions.

Engage with viewers through comments, questions, polls and other interactive features.

Encourage viewers to follow the account and make purchases.

Maintain a lively, positive and professional image throughout the live session.

Prepare product knowledge and understand key selling points before each session.

Respond to viewers' questions about products, pricing, promotions and availability.

Work closely with the marketing and sales team to achieve live-streaming targets.

Assist in planning live-streaming content, promotions and campaign ideas.

Monitor live-stream performance and provide feedback for improvement.
