Candidates must possess at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or 'O' Level qualification.

Possess good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both spoken and written.

Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and customer service-oriented attitude.

Able to work in a team and have the ability to learn quickly.

Ability to handle cash transactions and use POS systems is an added advantage.

Assist the sales team with daily administrative duties, including preparing sales documents, managing customer records, and scheduling appointments.

Interact with customers to understand their needs, answer product queries, and provide appropriate recommendations.

Support sales managers in market research, competitor data collection, and preparing summary reports on market trends.

Manage product inventory, ensure adequate stock levels, and assist in the receiving and storage process of new goods.

Assist in product display and in-store promotions, ensuring the sales area remains neat and attractive.

Provide post-sales customer support, including handling complaints or enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Collaborate with team members to achieve company sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
