Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Candidates with relevant interior design / renovation experience will have an added advantage.

Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max / SketchUp, V-Ray / Corona, Adobe Photoshop or other relevant design software.

Able to read and understand floor plans and technical drawings.

Good understanding of materials, furniture, lighting and renovation works.

Creative, responsible and detail-oriented.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate with clients, contractors and suppliers professionally.

Able to work independently as well as within a team.

Willing to attend site visits and client meetings when required.

Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.

Own Transport

Understand and determine clients’ design requirements, preferences, budget and project needs.

Develop creative interior design concepts based on clients’ requirements.

Prepare existing floor plans and propose new layout plans.

Produce 2D drawings, detailed layouts and design plans.

Prepare electrical, lighting and other relevant layouts.

Prepare 3D modelling and interior design visualisations.

Select and specify suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, sanitary fittings and other design elements.

Prepare design presentations, material selections and mood boards for clients.

Prepare final drawings and design documentation using relevant design software.

Coordinate design details with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.

Ensure the proposed design is practical and suitable for actual renovation and construction.

Manage project design timelines and ensure drawings are completed according to schedule.

Conduct site visits when required to check site conditions and design requirements.

Attend client meetings and make necessary design revisions based on project requirements.

Follow up on project progress and assist in resolving design-related issues.

Conduct a final site visit upon project completion to ensure the completed work meets the design requirements and client expectations.
