• Computer literate.

• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.

Invoicing

• Issue invoice to customers once goods are ready.

• Check invoice.

• Verify that all invoices have no outstanding balances before releasing goods to customers.

• Upload customer payment slips into the system for accounts verification.

 Procurement

• Issue PO.

• Email to PO to supplier.

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Explore or search new supplier.

 Customer service

• inform customers when their orders are ready for pickup.

• Handle customer inquiries and issues via the office handphone.

• Filter and direct customer messages to the appropriate departments for follow-up.

 Logistic

• Arrange deliveries for within klang valley customers and handle courier services for outstation customers.

• Research and identify new courier services as backups if existing services increase prices or become unreliable.
