Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or transportation operations.

Experience with Multimodal Transport Operator (MTO) activities will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of logistics operations and customer service will be an added advantage.

Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel when required.

Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different parties.

Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Able to handle multiple tasks and meet operational deadlines.

Responsible, proactive and attentive to detail.

Coordinate logistics activities for assigned projects, including transportation arrangements, cargo movements and delivery schedules.

Liaise with customers, transporters, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor shipment and delivery progress, provide timely updates and follow up on outstanding matters.

Prepare and maintain shipment documentation, operational records and project reports.

Support customer enquiries and resolve operational issues promptly, escalating matters when necessary.

Attend site visits and travel for project coordination when required.

Carry out other duties related to project logistics as assigned.
