Develop and implement sales strategies for every products, including construction, plantation, industrial, and agricultural equipment.

Lead, manage, and motivate product & sales managers, dealer networks, and sales teams

Set sales targets, pricing strategies, and performance KPIs aligned with company objectives

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand

Coordinate with after-sales, service, parts, and branches teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reporting

Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings

Maintain good rapport and handle all dealings with principal suppliers

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field

8–12 years of experience in sales within heavy equipment, machinery, construction equipment, or industrial sectors

Proven leadership experience managing large sales teams or dealer networks

Strong understanding of equipment specifications, applications, and technical sales

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

Experience with government, corporate, is a strong advantage
