Apostofi Hiring! Full Time Barista-All Rounder in Southeast (Singapore), Earn up to SGD 2,900 - Ricebowl

VE/LA is expanding to Singapore! We are looking for passionate, energetic, and detail-oriented Baristas to join our team at Changi Airport.

As our airport location operates 24 hours a day, we are seeking flexible team members who are comfortable working in a 24-hour shift rotation environment. If you are obsessed with specialty coffee, love interacting with international travelers, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we would love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee, teas, and signature beverages according to brand standards.
• Warmly greet and engage with travelers and customers from around the world.
• Take orders accurately and handle POS transactions (Cash / Card / Digital Payments).
• Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene, and organization standards at the coffee bar and seating area.
• Manage bar inventory, restock ingredients, and ensure proper storage of coffee beans and dairy/non-dairy items.
• Assist with daily shift handovers and routine airport operations duties.

Qualifications

• Must have valid authorization/right to work in Singapore.
• Must possess a valid Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate (formerly WSQ Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies).
• Must be available and willing to work flexible 24-hour shift rotations (including morning, night, overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays).
• Prior experience as a Barista or in specialty coffee/hospitality is highly preferred.
• Passion for coffee, latte art skills, and knowledge of espresso extraction are big pluses!
• Good command of English (Additional language skills are a plus for an airport environment).
• Punctual, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail/airport setting.

• Location: VE/LA @ Changi Airport, Singapore
• Schedule: 24-Hour Shift Rotations (Full-Time / Part-Time positions available)
