Job Title: Bowling Manager

Department: Operations – Bowling
Reports To: Operations Manager / General Manager

Job Summary:

The Bowling Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bowling center, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, proper maintenance of lanes and equipment, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the bowling center
• Ensure all bowling lanes and equipment are functioning properly
• Supervise and monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
• Ensure staff complete attendance via InfoTech system (4 clock-ins daily)
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower planning
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle complaints
• Monitor sales, bookings, and overall outlet performance
• Coordinate with technicians for lane maintenance and repairs
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the bowling area
• Control stock for counter items (shoes, socks, accessories, etc.)
• Conduct regular checks on lanes, scoring system, and facilities
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience in managing bowling center / entertainment outlet is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Basic knowledge of bowling lane operations and equipment
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Able to work under pressure and handle peak hours
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
