Centrodex Engineering Pte Ltd provides Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) services with expertise in power utility, railway track testing, solar photovoltaic, and building electrical installations for commercial buildings, shopping malls, factories, condominiums, and dormitories in Singapore.
Job Summary
Support administrative operations by preparing reports, managing data entry, handling quotations and invoices, and improving workflows to ensure efficient office processes.
Responsibilities
Prepare weekly reports accurately to support management decision-making
Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and organized records
File documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
Prepare quotations and track invoices to support financial processes
Manage CS3/COF requests by coordinating and processing as trained
Identify and initiate improvements to processes, workflows, or systems for continuous operational efficiency
Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned to support team needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum ITE or GCE N/O level qualification
Proficient use of MS Word and Excel applications to produce documents and manage data
Ability to use Google Calendar to schedule and organize appointments
Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively as a team player
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Other Information
Permanent position with 13th month salary and additional performance bonus
Located at Tagore Lane with shuttle bus service to Ang Mo Kio MRT
