Responsibilities

Role Overview

The HR Admin Intern will provide administrative and coordination support to the Human Resources team, assisting in day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, employee data management, and HR projects, making it an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources.


Key Responsibilities

HR Administration

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including document collection and filing.
  • Ensure employee files are updated and maintained accurately.

Recruitment Support

  • Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
  • Support job posting activities across recruitment platforms.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

HR Data & Reporting

  • Update and maintain HR databases and employee information.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, employee lists, and organizational charts.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR information.
  • Employee Engagement & HR Projects
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Assist with HR communications and employee announcements.
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

General Administrative Support

  • Organize and maintain HR files and records.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials when required.
  • Support the HR team with ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties.


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin, additional languages are an advantage.
