Job Summary

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the auto detailing store, leading the team, ensuring good service quality, and achieving store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the detailing store.
• Supervise and manage the detailing team and daily work schedule.
• Ensure all detailing jobs are completed properly and on time.
• Check the quality of work before vehicles are handed back to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Promote detailing services, packages, and products to customers.
• Monitor daily sales and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Manage stock, equipment, and detailing products used in the store.
• Ensure the store is clean, organised, and properly maintained.
• Ensure staff follow company SOPs, safety rules, and proper detailing procedures.
• Train and guide staff to improve their detailing skills and customer service.
• Prepare simple daily/weekly reports on sales, jobs, stock, and store performance.
• Identify any issues in the store and take action to resolve them.
• Work closely with management on store improvements and promotions.

Requirements

• Experience in auto detailing, car wash, automotive, retail, or a similar industry.
• Experience managing a team is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to manage daily store operations and solve problems.
• Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
