Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Facilitate talent reviews to map succession depth, identify high-potential employees, and highlight critical role risks.
Analyze workforce metrics and talent movement data to track internal pipeline health and bench strength.
Support the administration of competency diagnostic tools to determine employee readiness for key career moves.
Collaborate with L&D teams and external partners to deliver targeted growth solutions for high-potential cohorts.
Identify digital opportunities and Gen AI tools to modernize succession tracking and talent identification methods.
Track the career progression and retention rates of key talent cohorts, reporting outcomes to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent.
6–8 years of dedicated talent management experience with an emphasis on succession and pipeline development.
Demonstrated experience using SuccessFactors and structured talent diagnostic tools.
Solid data analysis capabilities with experience drafting clear executive reports and proposals.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with business leaders and HR partners.
Proactive, analytical thinker with a strong focus on talent retention and growth.
