Responsibilities:

Driving comprehensive brand marketing strategies and multi-channel campaign executions effectively.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

•Plan, coordinate and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across various brand platforms.

•Support the development of marketing concepts and ideas to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.

•Monitor market trends, competitor activities and social media developments to identify marketing opportunities.

•Support the planning and execution of branding initiatives, promotions and other marketing activities.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

•Manage the brand's website, mobile application, search engine optimisation (SEO) and other digital marketing activities.

•Monitor, analyse and report on digital marketing performance, campaign results, redemption rates and other relevant metrics.

•Manage social media platforms and actively engage with online audiences to build brand awareness and community engagement.

•Support CRM initiatives and analyse customer and campaign data to improve marketing effectiveness.

Creative Content & Production

•Design and develop point-of-sale materials (POSM), social media content and other marketing collaterals.

•Coordinate photoshoots and videoshoots, including planning, scheduling and production arrangements.

•Write, edit and proofread marketing content to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Public Relations, Events & Partnerships

•Liaise with shopping malls, media representatives, external partners and vendors on promotions, advertising opportunities and editorial features.

•Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to support events, marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

•Assist in influencer analysis, media monitoring and evaluation of campaign performance.

Administrative & Other Duties

•Provide administrative and operational support for marketing activities, including meeting coordination, claims submissions and POSM logistics.

•Undertake other marketing initiatives and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

•Degree in Marketing or a related discipline, with 3–4 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.

•Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, CRM and campaign performance tracking.

•Proficient in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

•Familiar with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

•Basic photo and video editing skills are preferred.

•Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.

•Creative, with a good eye for design and aesthetics.

•Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret media monitoring, influencer and campaign performance data.

•Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

•Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
