Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Advisor to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets at our retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product knowledge and fragrance recommendations
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Process sales transactions accurately (POS, cash and card payments)
• Maintain store cleanliness, product display and visual merchandising
• Assist with stock checks, replenishment and daily sales reporting
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
• Follow company policies and store procedures

Requirements

• SPM or above
• Prior experience in retail or sales (fragrance, beauty or fashion preferred); fresh applicants with a strong attitude are welcome
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Pleasant personality, well-groomed and customer-oriented
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays and shift hours as required
• Target-driven and a good team player
• Able to commit to the assigned store location

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
