JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Instruct and guide workers to improve safety performance and ensure strict compliance with workplace safety procedures.
• Independently assess safety issues and exercise sound judgement in identifying and resolving potential hazards.
• Participate in risk assessments and implement appropriate risk control measures.
• Conduct safety training and awareness programmes covering occupational safety and health, workplace hazards, and hazardous waste management.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Branch Manager to integrate safety requirements with project progress and operational activities.
• Liaise with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), Department of Environment (DOE), and Fire and Rescue Department (BOMBA) on relevant safety, health, environmental, and fire-related matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess a valid DOSH Yellow Book registration as a Site Safety Supervisor (SSS).
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations, risk assessment, and workplace safety practices.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
