Temporary Assistant Teacher (Mathematics) – 1 Month

Job Summary

At Kinderland Malaysia, we believe learning should be fun, engaging, and meaningful. We are looking for a passionate and energetic Temporary Assistant Teacher to teach basic Mathematics to children aged 4–5 years old for a period of one month.

This opportunity is ideal for students on semester break, fresh graduates, or individuals who enjoy teaching young children.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fun and age-appropriate Mathematics lessons for children aged 4–5 years old.
• Teach basic mathematical concepts such as numbers, counting, shapes, patterns, and simple addition and subtraction.
• Prepare engaging learning activities using games, songs, and hands-on materials.
• Encourage children's participation and build their confidence in learning Mathematics.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Assist with classroom management and children's daily routines.
• Work closely with other teachers to ensure smooth classroom activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Students on semester break and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of basic Mathematics.
• Able to communicate clearly and engage positively with young children.
• Patient, creative, energetic, and responsible.
• Previous teaching or childcare experience is an added advantage but not compulsory.
• Must have own transport due to the centre's location and accessibility.
• Able to commit to the full one-month assignment.
