CAD Drafter - Civil & Structural

Working days: Mon – Fri: 8am-6pm. Sat: 8am-12pm
Working Location: Jurong East
Salary: $3500 - $5000

Job summary:

A detail-oriented CAD Operator to support the preparation and coordination of Civil and Structural (C&S) drawings across project stages, from design development through construction. The role will work closely with engineers and project teams to produce accurate, coordinated drawings and support timely project submissions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise detailed C&S drawings for design development, tender, and construction using CAD software.
• Coordinate drawings with engineers, architects, other disciplines, and site teams to resolve design and construction interfaces.
• Review project information, design requirements, and site conditions to support drawing preparation and coordination.
• Assist with plans, design details, and method statements as required by the project team.
• Maintain organised drawing registers and records, track revisions, and ensure the latest approved drawings are used.
• Compile drawing packages for internal review and submission to relevant authorities.
• Support projects involving Land Transport Authority (LTA) requirements, standards, and submission processes.
• Monitor drawing progress against project schedules and help maintain the quality and accuracy of deliverables.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant C&S drafting experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with LTA projects, requirements, or submissions is an advantage.
