Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in production.

Candidates with experience as a Production Supervisor or in production management will be given priority.

Good leadership and team management skills.

Responsible, proactive, and self-motivated.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently.

Able to adapt to a factory working environment.

Willing to work overtime when necessary.

Supervise and manage daily production operations.

Arrange and coordinate production schedules and progress.

Ensure production targets are completed on time.

Monitor product quality and production efficiency.

Manage and lead production employees.

Ensure employees comply with company policies and safety procedures.

Supervise raw materials and production processes.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.

Handle issues arising during the production process and report them to management.
