Secondary school qualification or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in renovation or construction site supervision.

Strong understanding of renovation processes and building techniques.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction environments.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.

Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations on renovation sites.

Ensure all renovation projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers.

Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and renovation workers.

Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on site.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and material requisitions.

Ensure renovation works meet company standards and safety requirements.

Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
