Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and communicate with potential candidates.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate recruitment activities.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with onboarding and team expansion.
• Work closely with management to achieve recruitment goals.
• Contribute ideas and strategies to improve recruitment results.
• Take initiative in supporting the company's long-term growth.

Requirements

• Able to communicate confidently in Mandarin and English.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, committed, and willing to go the extra mile.
