We’re Hiring: Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary Range: RM9,500 – RM15,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead compensation strategy, payroll governance, employee benefits, and reward management across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage compensation frameworks, salary structures, job grading, and remuneration policies.
• Lead annual salary increment and bonus planning, salary benchmarking, and compensation reviews.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing, payroll controls, reconciliations, and payment accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD, LHDN, and the Employment Act 1955.
• Manage employee benefits, insurance coverage, claims administration, and benefits optimisation.
• Prepare manpower budgets, payroll cost analysis, and compensation-related management reports.
• Oversee performance-based rewards, sales commissions, and incentive administration.
• Work closely with Group HR, Finance, and senior management to strengthen HR governance and cost management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 4–5 years specialising in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll, statutory compliance, remuneration planning, and payroll controls.
• Experience in a public-listed company, technology company, or multi-entity corporate group is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional HR, payroll, or compensation-related certification is an advantage.
