Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform ENT-SAT assembly, screw fastening and basic assembly work in accordance with approved work instructions and production requirements.
• Operate designated screwdrivers, hand tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Ensure the correct screw type, quantity, position and fastening depth are followed in accordance with work instructions.
• Ensure all screws are properly fastened without damaging components or finished products.
• Handle components and products carefully to prevent scratches, damage or incorrect assembly.
• Perform basic self-inspection upon completion of assigned work before submitting products to Quality Control (QC) for inspection.
• Promptly report any incorrect assembly, damaged components, missing screws or other abnormalities to the Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the assigned work area.
• Comply with company requirements, quality standards, safety rules, work instructions and production schedules.
• Assist with other production, assembly and related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec qualification, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Relevant manufacturing, production or assembly experience will be an advantage

• Able to follow work instructions accurately and consistently

• Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

• Comfortable performing repetitive assembly work

• Able to use basic hand tools

• On-the-job training will be provided

• Responsible, careful and quality-conscious

• Good teamwork, discipline and willingness to learn
