Manage the daily operations of the restaurant outlet, leading and supervising the outlet team while ensuring excellent customer service and food quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant outlet
• Lead, supervise and motivate the outlet team
• Ensure excellent customer service and food quality
• Monitor sales, manpower, stock and operating costs
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene and safety standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
• Train and develop staff to improve performance
• Achieve outlet sales and operational targets

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant/F&B management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good problem-solving and team management skills
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Positive, responsible and customer-oriented attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per hour
