1. RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE – FULL-TIME

2. RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE – PART-TIME

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and customer engagement.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising, housekeeping and store standards.
• Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment and inventory activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience
• Premium brand experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Customer-focused, proactive and passionate about retail

3. STORE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Drive and manage store sales performance and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth and efficient store management.
• Manage inventory control, stock accuracy and replenishment.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve their individual and store goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience
• Premium brand experience is an advantage
• Strong leadership and store operations skills
• Proven ability to manage and drive store sales targets
• Experience in inventory control and stock management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
