Key Responsibilities
Provide professional facial treatments, skincare services, and basic aesthetic treatments.
Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments based on individual customer needs.
Recommend appropriate skincare products to help customers achieve their desired results.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
Promote and upsell treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products.
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas.
Maintain accurate customer profiles, treatment records, and relevant documentation.
Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
A certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field is preferred.
1–3 years of relevant experience in the beauty or skincare industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of facial treatments, skincare procedures, and beauty products.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
A positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-oriented mindset.
