Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and control company ISO/IATF documents and records.
• Prepare, update, issue, and distribute SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, and Quality Records.
• Maintain document revision and master document lists.
• Ensure only the latest approved documents are used.
• Maintain production, quality, moulding, and customer-related documents.
• Assist in preparing documents for ISO/IATF and customer audits.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Engineering, and other departments on document updates.
• Perform filing, scanning, data entry, and other document control duties.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949 document control.
• Experience in rubber moulding / automotive manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 requirements.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
