Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Interpret applicable ISO requirements, technical drawings, project scope, contract conditions and subcontract agreements to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders to clarify technical matters and resolve discrepancies before construction.
Prepare and monitor short- and medium-term work programmes, subject to review and approval by the reporting manager.
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality procedures, EHS requirements and established housekeeping standards.
Implement quality management processes, maintain quality records, analyse inspection outcomes and develop corrective action plans to support continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate EHS, quality and compliance documentation in accordance with company procedures, client requirements and applicable regulations.
Monitor material storage, handling and consumption for temporary and permanent works to minimise damage, wastage and avoidable expenditure.
Identify potential non-conformities and causes of rework, and coordinate corrective and preventive measures to minimise cost and schedule impacts.
Communicate quality, compliance and resource-related issues to the relevant project personnel and monitor the completion of follow-up actions.
Provide progress updates and relevant documentation to the reporting manager as required.
Carry out other reasonable project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
