Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong exposure to IT application projects and end-to-end project delivery. The role will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and support successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
• Support end-to-end delivery of IT application projects.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and actionable solutions.
• Participate in project discussions, testing, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
• Assess project requirements, risks, and potential impacts.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong IT background with experience in IT application projects.
• Proven experience supporting or managing end-to-end IT project delivery.
• Experience across different types of IT projects is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
