Job Description
Responsibilities
Managed and prepared cost estimates for construction projects
Evaluated tenders and quotations
Measured and took off quantities for project tendering
Prepared and monitored progress claims and subcontractor payments
Prepared and submitted variation and cost claims, contracts documentation
Coordinated correspondence among consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Identified variation orders and provided accurate cost implications
Interpreted and prepared technical drawings for submission
Prepared reports and materials to meet project requirements
Provided support and advice during pre-construction, construction, and post-construction stages
Conducted site visits as required
Performed other QS-related tasks as assigned
Undertook additional roles and responsibilities as assigned by the Company or Director
Job Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work late when required to meet tender deadlines

We originate from a humble beginning of being a small sub-contractor doing ceiling and partition works to begin a main-contractor specializes in commercial and industrial projects.
We work with our clients closely from concept to completion to create effective solutions for both individual & roll-out identities. We are able to put effective “inter-disciplinary’’ teams together to review and solve all sites issues.
