Employment Type: 6 Months Contract (10 Vacancies)
Salary: $1,600–$2,200/month (Based on Qualifications)
Location: Bukit Merah
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6pm

Job Scope:

Successful candidates will be assigned to one of the following administrative functions:

1. Invoice Processing & Data Verification (4 Vacancies)

• Check supplier invoices and supporting documents for completeness
• Verify invoice details, including vendor information, dates and amounts
• Ensure delivery orders and supporting documents are accurate
• Update records and assist with administrative duties

2. Vendor Onboarding & Data Entry (6 Vacancies)

• Contact vendors and guide them through the payment onboarding process
• Check application forms and supporting documents
• Handle vendor enquiries and follow up on outstanding submissions
• Update vendor information in the system
• Perform data entry and general administrative duties

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent
• No experience required; candidates with administrative or data entry experience are welcome
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous and able to check information accurately
• Able to commit to the full 6-month contract
• Willing to perform occasional overtime when required
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice
