Kitchen Assistant / Cook

Responsibilities

• Marinate meat following recipe standards to ensure consistent flavor and quality
• Prepare ingredients accurately to support efficient kitchen operations
• Assist head chefs by executing assigned cooking tasks to maintain smooth food preparation
• Manage stock rotation by checking expiry dates and organizing supplies to ensure food safety and reduce waste

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate to comply with food safety regulations
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage (F&B) to perform kitchen duties effectively

Other Information

• Salary: $1,500 – $1,800 per month (pro-rated for shorter hours)
• Location: Jewel Changi Airport
• Employment Type: Permanent Part-time (minimum 5 hours/day, 5 days/week including weekends and public holidays)
• Benefits: CPF contributions, transport allowance, staff meals, and pro-rated Annual Wage Supplement (13th-month bonus)
