ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an E-commerce & Digital Channels professional to run day-to-day operations for our multi-brand portfolio across marketplaces and our ************* site, as well as manage our Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok accounts. You will work closely with an overseas back-end team supporting our sites.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Marketplace & ************* operations: Run daily store operations on marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Zalora) and our ************* site.
• Own product listings across brands (content quality, pricing, stock sync, category compliance) and maintain store health (account ratings, policy compliance, customer inquiries, returns, disputes).
• Track orders from checkout to delivery and resolve logistics exceptions with 3PL partners.
• Marketplace sales campaigns: Plan and execute platform mega-sales (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12), vouchers, flash deals, and ad placements.
• Manage the promotional calendar and pricing to balance sell-through and margin. Oversee on-platform ad budgets, report ROAS, and collaborate with brand/product teams on assortment, hero products, and stock planning.
• Overseas back-end coordination: Serve as the Singapore point of contact for the overseas back-end team (catalogue, content, development, platform, and order support). Raise clear requests, set priorities, and track delivery against agreed SLAs. Test site changes, report bugs with clear replication steps, and maintain current process documentation.
• Social media (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok): Own brand accounts, including the content calendar, posting, community engagement, and growth.
• Brief or lead to create short-form video, photo, and caption content with internal teams and external creators or agencies.
• Drive sales through shoppable features, product links, campaign hashtags, creator collaborations, and paid social budgets.
• Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly reports on sales, conversion, traffic, stock, returns, campaigns, and social performance by brand and platform.
• Identify trends early and recommend actionable strategies to drive sales and reduce costs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum Diploma in business, marketing, e-commerce, digital media, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years for Senior Executive in e-commerce operations.
• Hands-on experience simultaneously running a multi-brand marketplace presence and a ************* store.
• Proven track record of running marketplace sales campaigns, mega-sale events, and brand social media accounts linked to sales.
• Experience collaborating with overseas back-end or shared-services teams across time zones.
• Strong command of marketplace seller tools and ************* platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Google Analytics or BI tools is a plus.
• Working knowledge of content tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva) and platform analytics.
• Clear written English, highly organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
• For Assistant Manager level: Ability to guide junior team members and manage vendors/agencies.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience working with e-commerce enablers, including briefing and performance tracking.
• Experience setting up a ************* site on Shopify from zero.
• Familiarity with order management/ERP systems and marketplace integrations.
• Knowledge of Singapore e-commerce practices (e.g., GST, PDPA basics, local couriers, other regulations).
• Basic understanding of listing content, SEO, and product photography standards.
