Tribeca Serviced Hotel Hiring! Full Time Event Executive in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

- Handle event enquiries, conduct site visits and follow up with potential clients.

- Prepare quotations, contracts and event orders.

- Coordinate event requirements, including menus, seating arrangements, decorations, AV equipment and entertainment.

- Work closely with the kitchen and F&B teams on event arrangements.

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and promote event packages and promotions.

- Liaise with clients before and during events.

- Oversee event setup and operations, ensuring agreed requirements are delivered.

- Follow up on deposits, payments and post-event feedback.

- Maintain accurate event records and support event sales targets.

Requirements

- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

- Preferably 1–2 years of experience in hotel events, banqueting or event coordination. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple events.

- Comfortable dealing with clients and working with different teams.

- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
