1. Purchasing & Procurement

• Process purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders in accordance with project requirements.

• Source and procure lighting products from local and overseas suppliers.

• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms and warranty conditions with suppliers.

• Maintain supplier records and ensure purchased products comply with project specifications and requirements.

• Monitor purchasing activities to ensure timely procurement and cost effectiveness.

2. Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate delivery arrangements with suppliers and project teams.

• Support local and international shipment arrangements.

• Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate potential delivery delays.

3. Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor material availability and support inventory planning to minimise shortages and excess stock.

• Assist with cost comparisons and supplier performance evaluations.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and Accounts to ensure smooth procurement operations.

• Assist with supplier pre-qualification processes and compliance documentation.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
