1. Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP / AR)

· Process supplier payments (hotels, airlines, ground handlers, and local vendors) accurately and on time.

· Issue invoices, credit notes, and official receipts to corporate clients, retail customers, and event partners.

· Monitor accounts receivable ageings and perform timely follow-ups on outstanding balances.

2. Bank Reconciliation & Cash Flow

· Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations across all operational accounts.

· Assist in managing daily cash flow, foreign exchange payouts, and merchant terminal/payment gateway settlements.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
