Location: Pasir Panjang

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 5:30 / 9 - 6
100% on-site during 6 months probation - after confirmation, 3 days WIO and 2 days WFH

Salary: Up to $4000

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations (Accounts Payable and Cash Receipts).
• Responsible for month-end closing such as posting/uploading data and updating accounting records on timely basis including journal entries for accrual & prepayment, adjustment entries, staff claims.
• Keep track on AR collection.
• Monitoring of payable aging report, reconcile accounts and prepare vendor payment included overseas payment (if any).
• Preparation of SST tax return & assist in corporate tax related matters.
• To monitor and update cashbook on weekly basis.
• Liaising with operation staff and suppliers on the costs/invoices so that all operation costs are recorded timely and correctly.
• Liaising with other department to ensure records are accurate and complete.
• Liaising with internal and external parties (auditors, tax agents, company secretary etc.)
• Handling and arranging all payment to suppliers & staff claims.
• Handling administrative and any other ad hoc assignments as required by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or any equivalent field with 3 years of relevant experience
