Working Hour:

• Mon, Tue, Thu: 8:00 am–1:30 pm
• Wed & Fri: 11:30 am–5:00 pm

Key Roles

• Provide individual and small-group mentoring/support to students needing guidance

• Support students facing challenges with attendance, academics, motivation, behaviour, or personal circumstances

• Build positive relationships to foster belonging, confidence, and motivation

• Collaborate with the Case Management Team on interventions and follow-ups

• Encourage positive attitudes, resilience, and self-management

• Plan, coordinate, and implement UPLIFT programme activities and student development initiatives

• Support delivery of academic support, life skills workshops, and enrichment programmes

• Facilitate student participation and prepare programme materials/logistics

• Monitor participation and provide feedback on engagement/outcomes

• Communicate effectively between students, teachers, and parents

• Support follow-up actions and participate in case reviews/meetings

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, and progress

• Prepare progress updates, activity reports, and provide timely feedback

• Handle student information with confidentiality

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma qualification

• At least 1 year of relevant experience

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work independently and in a team
